No big deal I thought, enphase was quick to send a new one, but Astrawatt went through some business restructuing and now for service calls you have to pay upfront. Oh where to begin. I’d say on a whole, their price was about the same as other quotes I got and the equipment was pretty much the same. Sales staff, engineering staff, and installers were all very knowledgeable. Their organization SUCKS though. I got my quote in August and the system wasn’t turned on until FEBRUARY. Communication was non existent about what was happening and when or when my family would be without power. Astrawatt, recently taken and managed by Fidelis Renewables, was a smooth sailing ship! Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and made the install seem easy. Really good communication and final walk through of how to use the app, what to track, and how to see the best results.
