We had a harder-than-usual install (concrete tile roof where the tiles kept shattering) and they spent a few extra days making sure all the tiles were fixed and replaced. We also decided halfway through the process to add a second bank of panels and inverters and they managed to get a second set of permits, rebates, etc and merge the whole job together into a single install.
