I am surprised by such poor reviews around warranty. I have a lot of Astral equipment, have had three warranty repairs over the years and communication has always been excellent. All I can say for those doing their research, check the lesser know company Fluidra, which is the parent to Astral (and Barracuda). Fluidra gets excellent reviews and that is who will be doing the warranty repairs.
They often don't respond to emails when you ask them for help
The pool lights are absolute garbage. Their customer service is abysmal. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Seriously they are a joke!
I think a 1/5 is a bit too high for getting nothing but a run around from their support or managers. They do not warranty their products, they won’t accept install dates, Form 17’s as a standard raised by their State Manager. If you want to waste your life calling, emailing, having excuses, portal down or files not transferring, just wait for the silence and question who operates this company? I could not fault the service or the process. Being so close to Christmas I thought I would be waiting awhile for my pump to be repaired. It was repaired within days of logging my request, and the gentleman that attended my property was exceptional. He was polite, professional, efficient, and just a pleasure. I could not be happier with the entire process or quality of service. Thank you!!!
