Like many other have already mentioned, I had an amazing massage. Richard worked the areas of concern I had, took his time, explained, and gave helpful information on how to keep the muscles from tightening up. I had a wonderful experience and honestly really excited for my next session. I wish I had found him years ago!
Richard is amazing! He was highly recommended to me by a friend because of a back injury. I felt like a new person after the first massage that lasted TWO HOURS! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything.
As long as he’s massaging I’ll be going here! The massage is always phenomenal and he really takes care of my problem areas. I am super impressed with how knowledgeable he is of the human body. I’m nosy and always end up asking what muscle he’s working on, what it’s connected to and what I can do at home to feel better in that area. I have been a longtime client of Richard's. He's AMAZING at sports injury and deep tissue massages! He really knows the body and uses the most efficient techniques to release tension and untangle tight muscles. I leave feeling like a new person, each and every time.
I also met Richard at his previous spa and when he decided to leave and open his own practice. He did not have to tell me twice; I immediately was on board. As a nurse and a fitness junkie, something is always strained or tweaked. He always listens to what my ailments are and can successfully fix those tension spots.
