The service as far as pick up and drop off of my child is very good, the driver and moniter on the bus are very courteous and professional. However the car seats provided do need to be washed and exterminated, my child got head lice from the carseat on the bus. I know it was from the car seat because none of my other children have head lice and no one else in my daughters class has it either. so by the process of elimination all signs point to the carseat on the bus.
