The shipping industry is filled with so many amazing people that go above and beyond to make sure everyday goods are delivered around the world with care, Sharron the owner of this company has to be the very bottom of a huge barrel. Known her for years and nothing ever changes. Unprofessional, ungrateful and never does what she says she’s gonna do.
Would not recommend. I contracted Astra to freight some equipment from Florida to Pennsylvania. They subbed out to FedEx Freight (not usually a big deal), but FedEx missed the paid-for guarantee date by a full 24 hours, and Astra refuses to correct the billing of this, blaming FedEx but not taking responsibility to resolve. This caused my company to take a loss beyond the expedited and guarantee date, but also on the event that equipment was sold to. Future customers beware.
