I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Micah from the office. I called after receiving a voicemail asking me to confirm my appointment. The person who answered asked for my date of birth, and after I provided the information, she claimed I wasn’t in the system. She then accused me of making a mistake and became loud and unprofessional, treating me as though I was asking for a favor rather than following up as requested. I just called this office and the lady who picked up was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I called to get a referral for one of my patient's and she asked me for a diagnostic code, I proceeded to tell her that I did not have one because patient has not been seen as of yet and then when I proceeded to tell her why patient was coming in she started getting loud for no reason!! i have known Dr Fuksina and her team for a while now...they are very friendly caring and cordial.I had complicated issues and Dr Fuksina treated it with ease and precision.Her valuable smile makes my day every time i meet her.Her approach on integrative medicine is novel and helped improve my overall well being..Her podcasts have nurtured my psyche and has made me more positive in these trying times!!i really wish she stays healthy and is always my physician!!
