Extremely rude and disappointing service coming from a company which is supposed to be luxurious. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time. There are so many better car hires who are willing to help.
Poor customer service and management.
We cannot fault the service provided by Astra Limousines. As international visitors we will choose to use Astra whenever possible. Their cars are always immaculate and the drivers are cheerful, considerate and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
We used Astra for our getaway car after our wedding reception in August - the car (Maserati Gran Cabrio) was amazing, the driver Guido was punctual and very considerate and it was perfect! We definitely recommend
