I have been going to Astra for almost a year. Being in perimenopause, Alan has helped to regulate my hormones. I have never felt better. I am no longer constantly feeling tired and have experienced zero hot flashes. Highly recommend meeting with him and discussing what options he has available! Definitely check into the pellets, they have changed my life!
