I've been working with Matt for the past 6+ years. There's no job too large or too small, I commend his practical approach particularly on the disruptive jobs. Matt project managed a CAPEX job (>$1m) for me and got it done from start to finish without a hitch, on time and within budget, despite signifcant impact to the tenant's operations.
