I don’t understand this unprofessional scamming. I specifically called in and made an appointment for gel manicure and regular pedicure- yet they go ahead and do gel pedi without telling me, they charged me more for this extra coating, etc. the total came out to be more than I went in for. Fine- I understand if their lack of English was a miscommunication.
