The owner had a bad attitude when I told her that I wasn't satisfied with my hair. They act as though they don't understand English.
This was the best experience I have had, the place is clean, they make sure to clean up the hair on the floor after each customer and they provide excellent customer service! My braider, Sa, 'was very patient when we were trying to ensure that my braids were the right width, spacing and length. I appreciated her patience with me. She did an excellent job!
