The intercom system is really silly
Incredibly convenient location, close to Melbourne University, Lygon Street, right across a KFC and surrounded by food places such as Momo Sushi and Subway. If you fancy a trip to the city, it's in between the Melbourne Uni tram stop or the Lincoln Square tram stop and it's just a straight tram up to Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall, Flinders Street station etc. Apartments and balconies are a decent size.
Pretty solid place. Especially for students.
