I acquired an Astoria CKXE and had questions around use and parts. I was delightfully greeted by Ridha who not only answered all my questions but went on FaceTime to help me troubleshoot the issue. This level of customer service the old school way really impressed me. I don’t normally write reviews but RIDHA deserves much more than this.
