The appointment was fine - gave my ID and Insurance card and they photocopied it of course. Then I get the bill for the full amount. They didn't even put it through insurance and tried to blame ME for the mistake saying I 'didn't give the correct information". They photocopied my ID and my insurance card. How is that me giving incorrect info? Avoid this place. A big ole mess.
I came in at 12pm, I have very common insurance, verified from my pcp, referred specifically by her to come here, couldn't even figure out whether they take my insurance or not. It took them almost an hour to just to find out if they do take my insurance, I'm still waiting just to get an xray. Avoid at all cost!!
No X-rays on Saturdays....
What a pleasure to go to a place where there is courteous and polite people. Class acts From the girls in front to techs. 130 appointment and was on time
