Had an issue with my lighting system, one section would not turn off and could not be changed. Contacted customer support on Tuesday June 23, 2026. The woman I spoke to told me she would pass my support request on to the Region Manager to get a service tech to come look at the problem. I called back on Monday June 29, 2026, asking when someone would be able to come check out my system.
