I chose Astoria due to their long business history and great reviews and the excellent knowledge of Morgan, sales rep. I had an issue with a few LEDs not working and the company came out on Thanksgiving morning to rectify the issue and my lights were working perfectly! Reeves gave me a second brief overview of the app and told me not to be afraid to learn all functions in the app and to create numerous custom patterns and that’s exactly what I did and I love this system and have shared and referred others.
We continue to be very happy with our Gemstone lighting. After almost two years, a minor repair was needed and Astoria promptly responded and fixed.
