I purchased a used vehicle there, they were helpful finding one that fit me more than even the one I initially wanted. The salesman wasn't pushy. A great experience overall.
They won't give me proofe that they changed my timing belt the day after we bought the car. They say it's changed but I want proof so my motor won't get ruined and they say they have the paper work but can't give it to me. I get no documentation. I don't get them. We have had SEVERAL problems and caught them in quite a few sketchy situations. They don't even deserve one star.
we took our car there for an oil change and when we got it back it started over heating ... they said they could fix what was wrong for 339.00 a job i did my self for 66.00 and twenty minutes of my time

I was very interested in purchasing a Ford and I firmly believe in supporting local businesses. I am very happy that I did. The sales staff was more than helpful and made my purchase easy and fun. Knowing I can take it back to Astoria Ford for service also made me feel even more confident in my choice.
They are rude and pushy and I'll never give them my business. When we told the manager we didnt want to sign yet he got mad got up and walked out.......and he's a manager? Talked to some friends that have had bad experiences there as well. Looks like we will go to Portland like we planned.
