Visiting town for a conference. Tried the weekend lunch buffet. I'm a wimp when it comes to spice so I thought a buffet where I can get just one bite of something would be ideal. There were some very hot things but the butter chicken and tofu were very mild and tasty. I enjoyed the flavors of everything before the heat kicked in so if you like spice and flavor, you'll enjoy the buffet.
