I normally deal with anither branch of this bank and recieve great service. This branch however, almost always leaves me frustrated and wanting to close my accounts. Last time it took them almost 40 minute to complete a simple deposit. The teller and manager spent 15 minutes passing my cash trough theis counting machine, 3 times. Then anothe manager and same teller took another 20 minutes to enter the deposit on their computer. While this is happening, I had the nerve to ask if there was a problem. For many years being a customer of this branch (since 1990 - it was The Greater Bank that time, then Astoria National Bank) never experienced any problems with my accounts or the staff. Good bank to do business with.
