I would avoid these folks at all cost. I have been searching for an MB with some specific specs. I emailed one of the sales people for info... Crickets. I then emailed the sales manager and he apologized and would have a salesperson follow up and they did. John the salesperson followed and was evasive in his answer and negligent in following up. Had several dealings recently with the guys at Astorg Mercedes Benz concerning my Mercedes Benz SUV, both in parts and service. Brandon and Cameron were very helpful in Parts and Zach and Chris in service. The techs in the shop took the time to come out and talk to me and keep me informed as to what was going on with my car. Nothing is inexpensive anymore when it comes to car repair but I felt like they gave me a really fair deal. I drove from Athens to deal with them instead of going to Columbus, and I am glad that I did!

This place is just trying to rip you off. Do not take your car back to them for them to fix anything. Tried telling my wife that she had to replace the rear brake pads, but not the front brakes. Lol. Said she had to only replace the rear rotors. Rear brake pads wouldn't be worn if the front brake pads are not. Rear rotors that's a joke. Nothing wrong with them. Said needs spark plugs changed, but there is no engine miss they are working perfectly. So no reason to change something that isn't broken. What a rip off will not be... read more
