Wow! Just Wow! I took my car in for a wheel rim repair and thought I’d be without my car for a couple days. They got right on it and I had my car back by the end of the business day and it looks like new! Stephanie was just so nice and helpful and Mason is da bomb if you have something that needs taken care of. A shout out to the folks in the back who are the unsung heroes by getting the work done in such a timely manner. I own a Hyundai Kona and I love the car and I really love the service I get from Astorg!
I took my Jeep Wrangler to have the bubbling paint on door hinges looked at. Mason and Stephanie was amazing! They went over the entire vehicle looking for corrosion. Parts ordered and scheduled in for door replacements. They had the Jeep for 2 weeks, and it looks AMAZING!! The paint matches perfectly. We are very pleased with the work.
My wife had an accident in our Mercedes on July 26th, it was a bad wreck and I expected it to be in the shop awhile but it was 6 months before we got it back!! I did not call often or make a pest of myself but starting in mid November I was told probably 6 times it would be ready next Friday only to call a couple weeks later to be told the same thing. I can't knock their work as, so far it seems top quality, but I can't recomend this shop due to the time issue and questionable updates.
