My wife had an accident in our Mercedes on July 26th, it was a bad wreck and I expected it to be in the shop awhile but it was 6 months before we got it back!! I did not call often or make a pest of myself but starting in mid November I was told probably 6 times it would be ready next Friday only to call a couple weeks later to be told the same thing. I can't knock their work as, so far it seems top quality, but I can't recomend this shop due to the time issue and questionable updates.
You pay a premium for dealership work. With that comes the expectation that you will recieve professional service in a timely manner. I received neither from Astorg. I Took my vehicle to them for diagnosis of a problem. I was told on the phone that I would pay a fee per issue they diagnosed. They Had my vehicle for over a month with very poor communication from them durring this time.
