You all be careful this hotel is dirty and super unclean please don’t book, I was there the spider bites my back I went to icu when I told to them manager they said u might have got it from outside . Idk why qld government is not shutting it down. The rooms are dirty and very very poor customer service. Be safe please . Under all their beds and walls are spider and dirt.

This place is on its last legs, terrible room stuff was missing like the fridge, towels, no complimentary bathroom anything, not even any water I should say to say the least!

This was not a holiday stay. I was placed here through a support service as I am currently experiencing homelessness with my child. The room was very dirty and there were cockroaches which is completely unacceptable especially for families with children. The hygiene standards were very poor and it seemed that the beds and rooms were not properly cleaned between guests.
