Absolutely disgusting no professional attitude and terrible customer service all about money, book for half an hour spend 10 minutes and still want to be paid. The caregivers don’t care about the patient or their family
Astor Care Agency are exceptional. I have care for my elderly but also wonderful parents. The care is of the highest quality. Staff poorly trained, don’t know basics of people’s needs even though they call themselves a nursing agency!. The time spent on each visit what you pay for, even the staff log in and log out, they forget people have cameras that don’t lie.
If you live in an area covered by Astor Care, look nowhere else for competent, compassionate carers. They are not the cheapest provider, but in our family's opinion, they are the best. Astor carers actually care. They don't just do as asked, they see what needs doing and get on with it. They not only provide excellent care for the client's emotional and physical needs, they also take the time to keep the client's home clean, comfortable and safe.
