This company is right on. Rob is very nice. He dropped off the machine and picked it up when he said. The machines are great machine. I would recommend this company to all my friends and anybody who needs to rent a rug cleaner.

Carpet cleaner arrived on time and Rob's explanation was quick and comprehensive, covering everything I needed to know to get going! I was very impressed (grossly so!) with the amount of dirt/grime/fluff that the cleaner pulled out of the carpet! I did 2 rounds in each room and it got out blue printer ink stains (whoops) the first time, removed brown/black stains of unknown origin, and significantly reduced the marks in the carpet from my rolling desk chair.
