I am not pleased with the service that my godmother is getting from a caregiver, who is scheduled to go to her home 3 days per week since July 1, 2026 and has yet to give her 3 days. She comes in for an hour or so; then says she has to go because her daughter is sick, she has to go. Or she will not come at all. She calls in saying he daughter is sick. She clocks in outside my godmothers building then leaves and comes back after her 4 hours are up and then clocks out. She is stealing time from the system. This is wrong. My go... read more

My experience with the home health is second to none. Brittany is a very compassionate and caring person. She attends to your needs. By giving you the person that fits with you. And the capacity that you need help with. I have great expectations with this company. I'm happy with the company I've chosen.

Working for Astonishing Touch has been such a rewarding experience. The environment is calm, positive, and supportive which makes coming to work every day so enjoyable.
