Overall, we have really enjoyed our time living here (especially because of the location & the great maintenance from Brad); however, we want to bring attention to the fact that the parking garage has been stuck open for almost 2 months, and in this time our bikes were stolen. We were notified that the garage door was broken and to move our bikes inside, so we did! Apartment living is only as good as the people keeping things running behind the scenes, and Brad is the reason so many residents feel at home here. He is incredibly attentive to detail and takes his work seriously, whether it's a small repair or a larger issue. The maintenance team at Aston Place has been excellent. Requests are easy to submit, they respond quickly, assign someone fast, and the staff arrives in a timely manner. Compared to many apartment complexes in Columbus, it is reassuring to live somewhere that seems to actively care about keeping the property well maintained. I really appreciate the effort they put into taking care of the building and responding to residents. 👍
