Absolutely love Aston Place! I truly cannot recommend this community enough. The staff is amazing, and Brad is hands down the best maintenance person ever. We had an issue in our unit on a Friday night, and he showed up within 30 minutes to help us. That level of care and responsiveness is incredible. Wonderful place to live and even better employees!
My experience here has been great so far. Ren and Sasha made the leasing and moving-in process smooth with their attention to detail and their overall friendliness. The apartment complex itself is well situated — offering quietude while providing access to the lively Short North. The pluses include well-designed units, a gym, off-street parking, and an outdoor lounging area. I am happy with my choice.
I moved in here about a month ago and so far I have no complaints at all! The move in process was seamless, management has been super helpful with everything as well, the community is very quiet but nice, and the location is A+. I’ve loved it so far!
Situated in short north while being out of major cross traffic is a major plus and offers off street parking. Although base rent prices are slighly steep even for the area and amenities. My leasing agent, Ren, was helpful, patient, and personable when fitting me with a unit. She asked good questions to find what I was looking for and meritoriously followed up.
