The location is perfect, right on the Ka'anapali beach walk. We were close to Whalers village and the restaurants, the other direction is Dukes. The room was clean, and we had a nice view. The balcony on our unit opened to a railing. The property itself is a little tired, could use some updating and the grounds are also in need of refresh. We liked the water stations and fresh towels available. It was "fine" but we wouldn't stay here again.
