I usually take my Aston Martin to a specialist in Costa Mesa, but tried this official service center for convenience since I live in Irvine. This was my first time here and regrettably, the experience was highly disappointing. The Positives: They successfully installed the cosmetic parts I requested, and the service rep was polite. The Negatives: * Poor Communication & Loaner Hassle: My car was kept for several weeks, yet I was only given a loaner for 2 days and had to call to extend it. Very disappointing experience. Dropped off my car for service with no inspection video and no update when it was ready. I texted for an update and didn’t receive a response until the end of the day, making it very difficult to schedule pickup. Communication was poor. Kyle was attentive in the past, but that level of service is clearly missing now. Disappointing that this is the only Aston Martin service option in Orange County.
