Very disappointing experience. Dropped off my car for service with no inspection video and no update when it was ready. I texted for an update and didn’t receive a response until the end of the day, making it very difficult to schedule pickup. Communication was poor. Kyle was attentive in the past, but that level of service is clearly missing now. Disappointing that this is the only Aston Martin service option in Orange County.
