Annual service Took longer than usual as a part was needed and it was delayed Little expensive but that might be expected from Aston Martin. Great people this time in contrast to me earlier experience with the service people
Finance manager Justin was helpful and kind.
Well the first time I drop a car were promised it will be inside after hours. Well didn't happen and they left it out during a storm and a tree fell on it!!! Don't even get me started on the parts department. For one its filthy in there!!! They refuse to let you see the diagram with the parts your trying to order and then tell you that its non returnable even though they pick the part and not you. I mentioned this was complicating things. They told me I was wrong and about that and after I placed my order they laterally hung... read more
