Came in because they had a bmw m2 in the exact spec I wanted. The specific blue with black interior and dct. Got ignored by 2 sales men and when I would try to approach when they are clearly doing nothing, they go and make themselves busy. 1 sales men was approaching everyone in the store and completely blew buy me. I was ready with cash in hand to purchase on the spot.

I purchased a used vehicle with a trade in and had a great experience with Marc and Shawn. Their manner of conduct and level of service was befitting of the premium brands they represent. I was especially surprised when they offered highly competitve prices upfront, for both the purchase and my trade in. Before I'd set foot here I expected an ultra luxury dealer to charge high fees, but they charge nothing, 0 added to the selling price. Very rude and condescending receptionist. She was extremely upset about anyone taking photos of vehicles in the showroom. If it’s that huge of deal may I suggest they lock the showroom and set it up as appointment only?
I had a great experience with the purchase of a new vehicle and trade in. The sales management team was very fair to deal with and I wanted to share that I really appreciated the service. In a world with substandard amvic dealerships, GTA Aston Martin stands out above the rest. I was concerned about trading in my existing vehicle and they gave me a very good offer sight unseen with absolutely no hassles... this is simply excellent!
