They never answer the phone I have questions before I put in the application on the requirements. I’m trying to see if they are income restricted meaning they going by your income. I have a handicap granddaughter that I have custody of. I’m looking for somewhere that don’t have to many stairs at least not a lot of stairs. I’m just trying to get some information but somehow or another they never pick up the phone and I find that very inappropriate!!!
