I don't know how they take state and federal money yet I have cockroaches and food worse than high school in the late 90s in NY. At least I got a choice. Never returns calls ! After pouring my heart out to compliance officer, Jousha, about very very serious issues with my husband, who recently passed away, the compliance officer, rudely says, well I have to go I have a meeting.
staff member was both rude and unprofessional I was greeted with impatience when I asked for assistance,
