Absolutely shocking service for years now. Doctor never available, referrals not processed, no communication, just awful.
My Mum is in the doctors, she is 86 and receives no care or consideration, can never get appointments, when calls are booked they don’t phone and the reception staff talk down to her. A little consideration would go a long way…..

This surgery is so bad, I don’t know where to begin. I would advise anyone to avoid it at all costs. The funny thing is that their tag line says “proud to serve”. A total joke.
