John came to do the gas safety certificate for my flat. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Had a lovely chat while he worked. He advised me on some small issues with the previous installation by another company. But nothing serious. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Found this company from Google search for local HVAC as timer suddenly stopped working so no hotwater or heating. Explained the problem in details over the phone, agreed to have an engineer to replace the new timer we bought, but not touching the HIU as part of CHP. However on the day, the engineer won’t fit the new timer but took down the HIU cover, exactly the opposite as agreed, and told us nothing can be done, then sent us the bill higher than the price list on the company’s website.
