Was so excited to move in. Apartment has water damage, paint on the floor, doors that don’t work, windows without safety catches, patchy paint on the walls, filthy floors, damaged cabinets… I have to wait a WEEK to move in because an “emergency” fix can’t be done any sooner than that. The building has MICE. They have a reoccurring mice infestation problem that is active as of 6/2/2026. Do not waste your money, time, or energy moving here. With monthly rent $2k and upwards, it’s unbelievable and disgusting. They claim “luxury” while having practices and conditions below your standard apartments. They’ve offered to move me to a different unit as if mice are selective in the units they roam and chose one 4th floor unit exclusively. That’s never been how mice work. My niece’s apartment (that overlooks the park) is infested with mice. Within weeks of moving in she started seeing mice. This is no way to live! I’ve never seen anything like this in my life!! This is unacceptable.
