We had 4 mice in our apartment and we had to catch them with our own traps! Unfortunately reached out to property management team and they didnt do anything to capture these mice. Not satisfied at all

Was so excited to move in. Apartment has water damage, paint on the floor, doors that don’t work, windows without safety catches, patchy paint on the walls, filthy floors, damaged cabinets… I have to wait a WEEK to move in because an “emergency” fix can’t be done any sooner than that. If this is what I can see with my own eyes, what other neglect has happened that I can’t see? What other corner cutting has happened? Are they this careless with pool maintenance? The elevators…?
