This place scammed my wife. They changed her oil in her car and didn't change the filter. Place is very dirty too.
I’m sad I have to write this review because before this interaction with Hauss I was completely pleased with this location. I called yesterday to make an appointment in which I never received a phone call back. I decided to call again and schedule an appointment as they said they are three weeks behind. Upon moving to PA from DE I have just found the best mechanic shop ever!!! Thank you for taking great care of my car, saving me from future accidents and recommendations on fixing old ones!! These guys are so great that I noticed I even had washer fluid today and all lights on my dash(service) are off!!!! I am so grateful!!!! Thank you!!!
I had been to a different mechanic and I told him about my concerns with the car and he told me it was my motor mount and it was going to cost me so much money and althoughI I came in for an oil change originally,I asked if they could check said motor mount and didn’t find anything wrong with it. If it had been anything other mechanic they would have ripped me off and found even more problems with the car it’s safe to say I’ll be coming back for my car maintenance and such. I had an incredible experience.
