Mobility store that you cant get a wheelchair through and has no staff to assist. Everthing seemed to be thrown aimlessly with no sense of logic or thought for customers.
No stars. I ordered a walker for my father and followed up via email after a month and received no response. 10 weeks later - still nothing. Followed up again via email, and again no response. So I called them as well - and spoke to someone in the pharmacy, who can't identify the supplier or when their supplier will have stock. "Maybe in a week". Shop elsewhere. This business does not deserve to be in business.
Ladies over the counter are very rude. They don't listen. They are in the counter to help customers but they always ready to fight and argue in simple fact. Specially lady name as ***Katrina*** Please ho and learn to be professional. What you doing is a complete unprofessional and un acceptable. Thank you
