Such a rude old woman at the counter. Treated my mother on a wheelchair like she's better than her. Angry tone on every answer. When you go there be sure not to get served by this woman. Shame as other customer service people there are actually nice.

I called to get a quote for a bed Ash took down my email and am still waiting for the quote! Poor customer service

Excellent, kind and caring. Had stock of item we needed and all accessories on the spot so knowledgeable and experienced staff. Fantastic. Parking at back a little tricky as up a slop but did have a ramp and convenience store next door was helped by Jane at desk

Absolutely terrible service. I call to check in if they had a particular sized post op shoe. They bounced me around 3 times on the phone until a man picked up and said “yes we have all sizes come in and try them on”. I drive 40 min in traffic since it was urgent, and the ladies say they have nothing left. Pathetic service of the guy over the phone. The ladies were completely fine and they apologised but you need to get your product list sorted and understood by some of the staff in order for them to help.
