The quality is very poor. I will not recommend the brand
I am very sorry to say that I've had a very bad experience with this brand. My daughter bought me a 400 pounds diamond ring for my birthday last April. One of the tiny diamonds fell off. I brought the ring back to the store (I live in France and do not visit London often) hoping they would take care of the issue as my daughter had bought it in that selfridges store. The jewellery section in Selfridges can be a bit hard to find, but make sure you head to the ground floor for the best selection of contemporary designers. The staff at the Astley Clarke counter were particularly knowledgeable and have a great range of jewellery.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bought some bracelets to gift and learning about all the different charms and their meanings was super helpful! can;t wait to give them for Christmas and would go back to this brand in the future
