We have these appliance for our brand new house because our builder works with this company. I believe even one star is too much for their products as they break very fast in less than a year and this company is so irresponsible about our request to come and fix them. such a bad luck that we have our solar panel with this company and the hot water tank is leaking for more than 9 month and this company even didn't bother to answer our call/ request to come and fix it.
