Rang Astill's on public holiday to try and get a hot water system sorted. Call was answered promptly and Scott advised he would be here within an hour and he was true to his word. Swiftly determined the issue and replaced the thermostat. I couldn't ask for better service from Scott. Very pleased with the fast response to an issue that to me was huge because the day was quite cool. Looking forward to a hot shower tonight. Thank you Scott and Astill's.
