Place has been getting worse over the years I’ve been going. When you’re out of refills, it takes several calls from you, and calls and faxes from the pharmacy to get them to send the papers to the pharmacy to get the mediciation refilled. My second to last visit, the new (to me) doctor kept pushing allergy shots, whereas my original doctor said it wouldn’t be worth it for me. My most recent visit, I had an apppointment. Receptionist and nurses are very friendly. Doctors are knowledgeable. It's a doctors office where they administer shots, so sometimes the wait can be a bit, but overall above average experience. Been going to them for over a year and they have cured my chronic seasonal allergies. Have some toys and books to keep small children busy.
This was my first visit to an allergist and I spent most of my hour with a nurse who was training someone new. After asking a ton of personal questions they ran a breathing test. Finally about 45 minutes into my appointment I met the allergist who proceeded to ask more questions and talked down to me as I explained what my ear nose and throat doctor had advised me.
