Dr. Bansal is fantastic Doctor. She kind,thoughtful,considerate and takes time with you to explain everything so you can understand. All Doctors should be like Dr. Bansal. I travel 30 miles to see her.and I don't care because I value Dr. Bansal and her knowledge!
So thorough, felt like an equal, like my lived experience was believed. I think what struck me the most after this appt, was that the conversation I had regarding my care was nuanced, it was both help me feel better when flared and things are worse ( aka more meds) / and / how to do reduce medication ( aka less meds) . Its takes a skilled provider to understand both - address both- and be willing to work with patients for best outcome for both scenarios.
