I made an appointment online via zocdoc, I received a phone call the next day to reschedule that appointment, and it was on the next day, so no big deal. I booked with the specific doctor i wanted to see due to the reviews she’d received, and upon arriving and filling out all of the information (which they didn’t tell me to come early to do) i was seen by a doctor that was not the one i had requested.
