Dr. Rooklin and his staff at both offices are very professional and totally focused. I have been working with them for over 9 years. They are very busy and they make sure that all of my medical needs and concerns are met fully. I highly recommend Dr. Rooklin to everyone I speak with who can benefit from his expertise. I really like Dr Gawchik. However I must say there’s a lot to be desired for her staff. Especially Nurse BettyAnn. She’s pulled the wrong file. Asked me what the number for Dupixent is & never never got back to me. I’ve been waiting 2 months for Dupixent. My breathing has worsened. My skin is itching again. Dupixent has helped me tremendously with eczema & asthma. Now I suffer because of incompetence.
