The nurse was the only bright spot in this visit — she was warm, professional, and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Gawchik was deeply disappointing. After a 35-minute wait, the doctor entered and directed her questions to my daughter, who has autism and is not an accurate reporter. The woman at the front desk should not be working with people. I work in Healthcare and would be fired if I talked to patients the way she talked to me.
