Apparently receptionists are allowed to give medical advice. I called to get a food allergy test and was told by the receptionist that my symptoms (vomiting and throat swelling) are not an allergy and to see my PCP (who said I need an allergy test).

I had been a patient here over one year for allergy shots and asthma maintenance. With one days notice they discontinued giving patients allergy shots. I tried calling multiple times, nobody answered and I could not leave a message. I went to the office and they confirmed that they no longer provide allergy shots. What sort of practice just stops giving there patients treatment that actually works and helps with quality of life issues. I would not recommend them to anyone. So much for actually caring about patients.

I won't recommend this clinic. They never answer the phone, the staff is not friendly nor they will try to help you with rescheduling appointments. They won't tell you about their policies then they will hammer you with a nice bill, and they don't work with you for any type of payment. They won't call you for reminders like most clinics do. A doctor should care about their patients and clients, Dr Z, simply doesn't. Very dissatisfied with their services.

If you want an allergy doctor that decides they’re going to stop offering allergy treatments with less than 24 hours notice to their patients, notifies current patients by text message of that decision and then doesn’t answer their phone or return calls… this is the practice for you. Otherwise would probably avoid.
