I had the worstttttt experience today. I won't say the name, but she was a intern DR that had to do IM testing on me as my second visit, she literally pricked me with many wrong ones and had to give me 4 more. THEN at the end of the visit I was told "I'm sorry I have to give you 6 more" due to them not being labeled correctly/her not knowing the difference of the shots listed on the paper vs the vials. Every nurse, every staff member is so friendly, polite, and has a great attitude. My English is not good but they are very patient with me
Would highly recommend another asthma and allergy specialist been here for almost 3 years and the experience is the WORST. doctors forget to put in medication nurses forget to give doctors your paper work to fill out. Always do over the phone appointments but NEVER answer the phone to make appointments. Costumer service is no good if you want to get treated the right way recommend going to another place.
Crazy SOP. Standard operation percerdure. Worst manager in the office. March 2024. I am done with this office. I went to get my allergy shot. The nurse said I was now on a 4-week cycle, and she informed me on my last visit. I responded to her that " I wouldn't be here today if she had told me this. I am done with chaos and unprofessional staff members.
Just so you all know, the entrance is in suite 516. The Northeast corner of the complex of 5 buildings. Dr. Iqbal is super laid back and attentive to any and all questions you may have about the testing and possible treatments for whatever they find.
