Have called multiple times to reschedule appointments and to ask various questions. Not once has my phone called been answered or a return call been made, despite multiple voicemails left.
There insurance Dept is terrible! they didn’t send in my second insurance. So I had to pay a bill, to get a hold of there is ridiculous! So be prepared to get a bill l! I called my insurance company and they said they didn’t send them anything! So be ready for them to send you a bill!
The staff was great and so was the doctor. We where seen in a timely manner and the doctor answered all questions and concerns. They are also great with kids.
This is the worst office I've ever delt with all the bad reviews that anyone has ever written about this place are all true. I'm warning everyone the office staff and Steven are the worst
