There insurance Dept is terrible! they didn’t send in my second insurance. So I had to pay a bill, to get a hold of there is ridiculous! So be prepared to get a bill l! I called my insurance company and they said they didn’t send them anything! So be ready for them to send you a bill!
The staff was great and so was the doctor. We where seen in a timely manner and the doctor answered all questions and concerns. They are also great with kids.
This is the worst office I've ever delt with all the bad reviews that anyone has ever written about this place are all true. I'm warning everyone the office staff and Steven are the worst
These people are too busy to care about patients apparently. I tried calling all day just to get the details for my appointment tomorrow, and after leaving 6 messages, I have still not heard for them. I am looking for a different practice, these guys clearly do not care about their patients. Do not waste your time, of to someone who cares enough to return you call!
