This is the worst office I've ever delt with all the bad reviews that anyone has ever written about this place are all true. I'm warning everyone the office staff and Steven are the worst
These people are too busy to care about patients apparently. I tried calling all day just to get the details for my appointment tomorrow, and after leaving 6 messages, I have still not heard for them. I am looking for a different practice, these guys clearly do not care about their patients. Do not waste your time, of to someone who cares enough to return you call!
The doctor has a lot of patience with me plus is trying his best to resolve my situation and his team has a very good customer service, I want to thank Stacy for being helpful and also to Erica for taking the time to help me communicating with the pharmacy and did a great job as an interpreter since my technical (medical) English needs some improvement.
Great service and the doctor is very kind, explained well mto my questions in detail and really hears one out of concerns for ones allergies/asthma concerns. Nurses there are great too, very kind and understanding, at least based on my experience. As for answering the phone, depending on time and day, they answered me quickly (I called @10am on a Monday). Overall great service 😁👍🏼
