Nice job, as usual. Quick service, friendly people.
They were kind and polite. I had females give me all of my tests which made me comfortable since I am a 15 year old girl. They respected everything I said even tho I am a child. They listened and talked to me and my mother (but mainly me). Which I appreciated because usually doctors go to my mother for consent and everything.
I asked if they were in network with my insurance. They said they will discuss that at my appointment. I made an appointment. After filling out all the documents for a new patient and waiting I was told they did not accept my primary or secondary insurance. I can not fathom why this would not be a primary question that is investigated before scheduling anything. Very disappointed! It seems to be a pattern with medical offices lately. Very satisfied with this office!! Professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything with my test results, and moving forward with treatment. Highly recommend them! No questions left unanswered.
