Always has the answers you are seeking, takes time with the patients, knowledgeable, professional with the exception of one nurse, but you can request not to have her.

Easily one of the worst experiences ever. I had to call 3 times to try and understand how I would be billed because I have an HSA style plan, even after that I had no clear idea. I was also told I could do less than the 60 tests to minimize cost. Not true. I had the "pleasure" of working with a nurse initially (redhead, didn't catch her name), probably the most unfriendly and rude nurse I have ever met. She looked at me and had the body language of, "I'm so annoyed and disgusted that you are here", very abrupt as well. She b... read more

It’s fairly easy to get an appointment. I love their PA Susan. I was able to get a next day appointment with her when I was was experiencing worse than normal allergies. They’ll work with you to get the right regimen of meds. They get you in promptly for your allergy injections.

I got my allergies tested and I just received a bill for over $700!! I can understand that it would cost me more because I have high-deductible insurance but I definitely feel like they should have warned how much it was going to be beforehand. Also, the only solution they offered me was allergy shots, shouldn't allergy specialists be able to offer at least a couple different ways to relieve allergies.
